Synergy Cycle was built for the community, by the community. What started in 2018 as a franchised studio quickly became something more—a space where riders came not just to sweat, but to connect, grow, and thrive together.

In 2025, we rebranded as Synergy Cycle to reflect who we truly are. As the corporate franchise’s direction shifted, it no longer aligned with our values, vision, or the powerful community we had built. So we chose to forge our own path—one rooted in authenticity, inclusivity, and the belief that fitness should empower both body and mind.

At Synergy Cycle, every ride is more than a workout. It’s a shared experience, driven by music, fueled by HIIT-based training, and strengthened by connection. Our instructors craft fresh, intentional playlists and guide full-body rides that challenge and uplift, while state-of-the-art bikes track your progress every step of the way.
